Kanyon Pop Up Restaurants

In the Kanyon Pop Up Restaurant project, which we realized to underline the promise of gastronomy level of Kanyon, we invited the local restaurants to the Kanyon restaurants as pop ups with all their team and materials.

The restaurants prepared meals using the ingredients of their regions and served them in Kanyon restaurants. Kebapçı Halil Usta and Onbaşılar Kebap were hosted by Escale, Ent Restaurant from Bodrum was hosted by Gram, İmren Alaçatı Desert was hosted by Welldone and finally Pales Süt Ürünleri from Antakya was hosted by Intema Yaşam.

We organized all the design, content, gastronomy communication, influencer invitations and strategy of the project.
