RESTAURANT WEEK

Turkey’s first gastronomy festival, Restaurant Week, bringing together all the dynamics of social and cultural life with gastronomy and adding commercial momentum to restaurants in the cities where it is organized held for the 10th time in November 2019. During the Restaurant Week, Restaurant Week in One Bite, The Art of Tasting, Social Table, Street Food Party and Street Taste Tables activities and Turkish Cuisine 2.0 panel were also held.

KÜÇÜK İŞLETMEM İÇİN

With the leadership of Metro Turkey, during Covid-19 period, we have been the agency partner of support project, Küçük İşletmem için, created for the small businesses in food and beverage industry to support. We have been in the strategy team, we created the brand identity of the project, we managed the social media accounts and managed all influencer and food and beverage industry communications.

WISE WINE SELECTION

Metro Turkey, has created a special selection of wines selected from the European wine regions. The name, logo design, brand identity, brand strategy, sector launches, all marketing and commercial marketing strategies and communications of this selection were implemented by Dude Table.

METRO FOOD INITIATIVE

In order to create awareness for the problem of food waste and loss Metro Food Movement brand was created. Within the scope of the project, a Gourmet Box was developed, where restaurant customers could take the remaining meals to their homes, informative infographic brochures were prepared and communication-oriented meals were organized. We have been awarded by Felis and Sustainable Communication awards with this project.

LOCAL FESTIVALS

We organize local festivals which take place all over Turkey and we implement festival strategies in all areas from its organization to social media communication. Besides we create a comprehensive content that will provide a brand experience by integrating chefs and experts to the festival. We organize workshops, themed conversations, tastings and meals where guests can take part.

GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATED PRODUCTS PROJECTS

The aim of this project we conducted with Metro Turkey to ensure the penetration of geographical indicated products sector, was to create awareness and generate demand for these products.

KARS KAŞARI ŞEHİRDE

Together with Metro, we visited Kars with restaurant owners, chefs and influencers in this project, which we call “Kars Kaşarı Şehirde” in order to convey the value of Kars Kaşarı to restaurants and consumers and to raise awareness. We ensured that Kars Kaşarı was included in restaurant menus and these menus were brought together with the consumer through influencer communication works.

MIX MONDIAL

Cocktail menus and creative cocktails were created in many cities and restaurants in the Mix Mondial cocktail festival, which we organized to develop the cocktail channel. Presentation equipment, perfect serve equipment were developed and creative cocktail glasses were designed by designers. WOM effect was created with traditional and social media communication.

MIDPOINT & WELLDONE & KIRINTI

We provide marketing strategies, social media, design and communication services for Midpoint, Welldone and Kırıntı brands within the All Points group. We work for designing menus and brand identities, creating marketing projects, photoshoots and videos, and managing ocial media accounts.

BEIN GURME

For the transformation process of TürkMax channel into TürkMax Gurme, we provided consultancy services including the the program, content, chef uggestions for the channel. In addition to providing support for sponsorship meetings, sponsorship strategies for Bein Gurme were created as well.

KANYON POP UP RESTAURANT

In Kanyon Pop Up Restaurant project, we brought the local restaurants to Kanyon as a pop up restaurant with all the team and supplies. The restaurants prepared their meals using local ingredients and served them in Kanyon restaurants. Kebapçı Halil Usta and Onbaşılar Kebap came to Escale, Ent Restaurant from Bordum to Gram, İmren Alaçatı Tatlıcısı to Welldone and Pales Süt Ürünleri from Antakya to Intema Yaşam.

KANYON ICE WEEK

Icy pop up menus special to the event period were created in Kanyon Restaurants with this project, aimed to highlight the fact that Kanyon is a cool alternative for hot weather conditions. Espressamente Illy, Welldone, Escale, İmren Alaçatı Tatlıcısı, Icy Dreams Co., Gastronometro, Beyaz Fırın, Pioppo Gelato, Haagen-Dazs, Gram, Shot 34, Plus Kitchen, Suvla, Intema Yaşam, Thermomix and Rita Moda served lots of icy tastes to the guests of Kanyon during the kick off event in the event area of the mall.

RITA MODA

We provided restaurant opening consultancy, marketing strategies, social media, design and communication services for Rita Moda, which opened in Kadıköy Moda in December 2018. We worked together to create and develop the menus and brand world, to create marketing projects, and to manage social media accounts and projects.

HILLTOWN

We provided 360 degree gastronomy marketing consultancy services with the focus of positioning Hilltown AVM’s food and beverage area, creating projects in this field, and providing communication and design services of the projects.

HILLTOWN SHOP & TASTE

Within the scope of the gastronomy marketing consultancy service we offer to Hilltown AVM, the Shop & Taste event was held in 2018 and 2019 with the New Year’s theme to underline the gastronomy experience of Hilltown. The Shop & Taste event was organized as an event content where the shopping mall customers can experience many different flavors together and shop with discount advantages in many stores in the shopping mall. All the organization, design and communication work of the project was realized by Dude Table.

TASTE THE SPRING AT HILLTOWN

We organized “Baharın Tadına Bak” event to underline the gastronomy experience of Hilltown, as a project where AVM customers can experience many different flavors together. All the organization, design and communication work of the project was realized by Dude Table.

AKMERKEZ FARM ON THE TERRACE

Within the scope of the gastronomy marketing consultancy service we provide for the “Terasta Tarım” project, which is located on the terrace of Akmerkez with Ek Biç Ye İç, in 2019 and 2020, we invited chefs, restaurant owners, influencers and media to the area in order to increase the brand value. All the organization, design and communication work of the project were realized.

MALTEPE PİAZZA AVM EKMEK ARASI FESTIVAL
