Turkey’s first gastronomy festival, Restaurant Week, bringing together all the dynamics of social and cultural life with gastronomy and adding commercial momentum to restaurants in the cities where it is organized held for the 10th time in November 2019 During the Restaurant Week, Restaurant Week in One Bite, The Art of Tasting, Social Table, Street Food Party and Street Taste Tables activities and Turkish Cuisine 2.0 panel were also held.

WISE WINE SELECTION

Metro Turkey, has created a special selection of wines selected from the European wine regions. The name, logo design, brand identity, brand strategy, sector launches, all marketing and commercial marketing strategies and communications of this selection were implemented by Dude Table.

METRO FOOD INITIATIVE

In order to create awareness for the problem of food waste and loss Metro Food Movement brand was created. Within the scope of the project, a Gourmet Box was developed, where restaurant customers could take the remaining meals to their homes, informative infographic brochures were prepared and communication-oriented meals were organized. We have been awarded by Felis and Sustainable Communication awards with this project.

We organize local festivals which take place all over Turkey and we implement festival strategies in all areas from its organization to social media communication. Besides we create a comprehensive content that will provide a brand experience by integrating chefs and experts to the festival. We organize workshops, themed conversations, tastings and meals where guests can take part.

Together with Metro, we visited Kars with restaurant owners, chefs. and influencers in this project, which we call “Kars Kaşarı Şehirde” in order to convey the value of Kars Kaşarı to restaurants and consumers and to raise awareness We ensured that Kars Kaşarı was included in restaurant menus and these menus were brought together with the consumer through influencer communication works.

CHOCOLATE TASTED IN 5 SENSE WITH LINDT

Lindt was integrated into the Coffee Festival with the gastronomy marketing strategy we created. Tasting setup with gastronomy content was created within the project. Tasting mechanism was established in 5 senses and worked with Bahar Akıncı for influencer communication.

DIAGAEO BARMEN CLUB YARIŞMASI

The competition was organized by Dude Table for the first time and the entire strategy plan and setup of this competition for the sector was realized. The project’s influencer communication was realized and Tony Conigliaro, the owner of the world’s most important beverage consultancy firm Drink Factory, and the world-famous bartender Max Wenning, who worked with him, were invited to the competition. The 3 winning bartenders had the chance to be visitor bartenders at Drink Factory in London.

Cocktail menus and creative cocktails were created in many cities and restaurants in the Mix Mondial cocktail festival, which we organized to develop the cocktail channel. Presentation equipment, perfect serve equipment were developed and creative cocktail glasses were designed by designers. WOM effect was created with traditional and social media communication.

With Fritolay, a gastronomy setup was created for the potato harvest with influencers in Kayseri. While the topic of how to use potatoes in different areas during the potato harvest was discussed, Chef Aydın Demir prepared flavors with Fritolay, which is special for harvest.

In Kanyon Pop Up Restaurant project, we brought the local restaurants to Kanyon as a pop up restaurant with all the team and supplies. The restaurants prepared their meals using local ingredients and served them in Kanyon restaurants. Kebapçı Halil Usta and Onbaşılar Kebap came to Escale, Ent Restaurant from Bordum to Gram, İmren Alaçatı Tatlıcısı to Welldone and Pales Süt Ürünleri from Antakya to Intema Yaşam.

Kanyon’un yazın sıcak havalarda tercih edilebilecek serin bir alternatif okazyon olduğunun altını çizmek amacıyla yarattığımız bu proje ile Kanyon restoranlarında döneme özel bir haftalık soğuk pop up menüler yapıldı. Espressamente Illy, Welldone, Escale, İmren Alaçatı Tatlıcısı, Icy Dreams Co., Gastronometro, Beyaz Fırın, Pioppo Gelato, Haagen-Dazs, Gram, Shot 34, Plus Kitchen, Suvla, Intema Yaşam, Thermomix ve Rita Moda’nın katılımı ile gerçekleşen kick off etkinliğimizde Kanyon müşterilerine gün boyunca yaza özel birçok farklı lezzet ikram edildi.

The creation and realization of the project of “Yeniden Meze” festival, which we held the first in 2018, the brand name, event contents, communication contents and the entire operational process were managed. Türkiye’deki meze kültürünü yeni nesil gastronomi trendleriyle harmanlayarak meze kavramının yepyeni bir boyut kazanarak mezenin yeni nesil bir hedef kitle ile buluşturulması sağlandı. Sokak lezzetleri, yerel lezzetler, ünlü şefler, restoranlar, online meze platformları yer aldı. Workshop kurguları ve söyleşiler düzenledi.

Brand Week içerisinde gerçekleşen Brand Week Gastro 2018 Kasım’da ilk kez ziyaretçileriyle buluştu. Yeme-içme pazarlaması teması ile içeriği oluşturulan ve 3 gün süren konferansta Türk şefler, konu uzmanları, yerel şefler ve yabancı konu uzmanları konuşmacı olarak yer aldı. Tüm içerik, tema, tadımlar ve konuşmacıların organizasyonu gerçekleştirildi.
